Washburn School Garden


Established in 2008 at the Washburn Elementary School (411 W. 8th St.)
80’x 80’  with hoop house and earth oven

The Washburn School Garden is the largest fully operating school garden in the state!

Bayfield School Garden


Established in 2009 on the hillside between the Bayfield School and baseball field (300 North Fourth Street)
50' x 50' with a deep winter production High Tunnel installed through USDA Grant in 2013

Ashland School Garden


Established in 2010 at Lake Superior Primary (101 Binsfield Road)
120' x 120' fenced area with 20 raised beds
