The Chequamegon Bay Harvest of the Month program features a different food item each month, emphasizing seasonal, traditional, and nutritious foods. The food item is featured on school menus and students are educated about the food item through nutrition lessons, tastings, an interactive bulletin board in the cafeteria, and a take-home flyer.
